This site. Hearby.ai is provided for information about Hearby’s services. The content is provided “as is” — nothing here is a guarantee of specific business results, and examples shown are illustrative.

Engagements. Client work is governed by a written agreement signed before a build starts — that agreement covers scope, pricing, ownership, and support, and takes precedence over anything on this site.

Intellectual property. The Hearby name, logo, and site content belong to Hearby. Code delivered to clients belongs to the client per their agreement.
